With a background in Law (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Corporate Banking and Finance Law from John Moores University, Liverpool (2016), Silence possesses deep expertise in corporate finance governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial management. Currently pursuing a PhD in International Corporate Banking and Finance Law, Silence continues to expand his academic and professional horizons, driving financial strategies that align with global best practices. His leadership combines analytical precision with a strategic vision for sustainable growth across diverse markets.

Theo Uvanga is the Group Investment and Portfolio Director, responsible for overseeing investment strategy and portfolio performance across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. With over 16 years of experience in property development and construction, Theo brings extensive international expertise in managing complex, multi-jurisdictional assets and large-scale development programmes.
Theo’s professional approach is underpinned by a strong academic foundation in administration, economics, marketing, public policy and organisational psychology, enabling him to align commercial objectives with effective governance, operational efficiency and stakeholder management. This multidisciplinary background supports informed decision-making across investment planning, asset optimisation and long-term value creation.
He holds a postgraduate qualification in Human and Sustainable Development, with an advanced focus on development economics, international relations, political economy and resource-driven growth. This expertise informs his ability to evaluate macroeconomic risk, regulatory environments and market dynamics, particularly in emerging and frontier markets.
In addition, Theo has formal training in environmental management and occupational health and safety, reinforcing the integration of sustainability, risk management and compliance within the Group’s investment framework.
